We’re Building a New Model of Education — Be Part of the Foundation

Grow. Create. Sell. Explore.

We are fundraising to open a nonprofit K–12 school in downtown Milford, Delaware where students launch businesses on Main Street, grow food on a rooftop farm, and travel the world to learn entrepreneurship firsthand.

Our Mission Is Simple.

Build Capable, Confident, Self-Sufficient Humans

Coming soon to downtown Milford, EMA will nurture young minds to become tomorrow’s entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneurial Minds Academy exists to redefine what education prepares students for.

Our mission is to provide accessible, innovative, experiential K–12 education that cultivates entrepreneurial mindsets, life skills, financial literacy, and self-sufficiency through child-interest-driven learning, hands-on agriculture, real student-run businesses, community engagement, and immersive travel.

We believe education should not only prepare students for tests — it should prepare them for life.

📊 Research analyzing 225 studies found that students in active learning environments were 55% less likely to fail than those in traditional lecture-based classrooms.

THE EMA ECOSYSTEM

Traditional education often separates learning from real-world application.

Students memorize information but rarely:
Build something of their own / Manage real money / Grow food / Fix what breaks
Understand how businesses operate / Travel with purpose / Experience economic systems firsthand

EMA was created to close that gap & give children a real chance at life.

We exist to give students ownership, responsibility, and practical competence — while maintaining academic excellence and curiosity-driven learning.

Retail Incubators

Students won't simulate business — they will operate real businesses on Main Street.

Through our retail incubator spaces, students:
• Develop products
• Build brands
• Serve customers
• Track profit & loss
• Reinvest earnings
• Open investment accounts

They will learn accountability, resilience, and financial literacy through lived experience — not worksheets.

Education through Travel

From rooftop gardens to our 10-acre agricultural site, students will learn where food comes from, how ecosystems function, and how to transform raw materials into valuable products.

They will raise animals, manage greenhouses, grow produce, and integrate agriculture directly into their retail businesses.

Agriculture becomes a foundation for:
• Responsibility
• Environmental stewardship
• Supply chain understanding
• Resource management
• Sustainable enterprise

Every EMA student graduates with foundational knowledge in:

• Budgeting & investing
• Credit building
• Taxes & accounting
• Meal preparation & nutrition
• Home and car maintenance
• Trades exposure
• Personal health & fitness
• Care for future families

We believe independence is built through competence.

Agriculture & Sustainability
Practical Life Mastery

Twice each year, students have the opportunity to engage in extended immersive travel experiences — one domestic and one international.

These journeys are designed to deepen learning in:
• Entrepreneurship
• Sustainable agriculture
• Cultural systems
• Innovation ecosystems
• Global markets

Travel expands perspective, builds adaptability, and cultivates leadership in ways no classroom alone can.

Through responsible financial stewardship and donor support, we work to make these experiences accessible to every student.
